Anne Murphy

Probate Litigation Attorney

Anne is a probate litigation attorney with seventeen years of award winning experience. Anne was named as a Lawyer of Distinction in 2019. For the last seven years, she has earned the “10 Best Attorney” award by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. By a vote of her peers, Anne is also rated a Super Lawyer.

Anne began her career completing two judicial clerkships in Cleveland, Ohio at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and the Ohio Court of Appeals, Eighth District.

Thereafter, Anne went into private practice at Hawbecker & Garver, LLC managing the firm’s entire personal injury practice.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Max Elliott, Ltd. in 2021, Anne combined her experience in the trial courts, appellate courts and in a private firm, Anne opened her own practice in 2017, personally overseeing all of her cases from case inception through trial and settlement offering personal, individualized service. Anne brings the same personalized care and expertise to her work to this day.
