From our firm’s inception, we’ve focused on helping communities, such as LGBTQ+ persons and families, who may have unique planning challenges, such as not being afforded benefits that cisgender straight persons and families are afforded. We’ve also worked to address the issues that multinational couples face with property in other countries.
Once you’ve signed Your Plan we continue providing personalized service to protect your intentions: hand delivering your plans when possible, funding your Trust, and providing follow-up meetings so the appropriate steps are taken to keep your loved ones out of court.
