Probate Litigation & Estate Planning

Nicole honed her litigation skills working as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Cook County State’s Attorney Office. There she litigated a heavy caseload that included more than 300 criminal matters, strategically managed witness examination, and outlined litigation strategies for each case.

Nicole began her career as a clerk with the Chief Judge in Illinois’ Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, moving into the Public Defender’s office, and continuing as a clerk with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.

Taking a sabbatical from the law, Nicole opened her own business, which she grew by 200% in less than 3 years. However, she is now rejuvenating her legal career as a member of our firm.

Nicole received her JD from Northern Illinois University College of Law, Cum Laude, and her BA from Southern Illinois University. She is also licensed to practice in Florida and handles matters for our clients there.
